David’s business career has included a number of senior positions in the fields of Global Mobility, Human Resources and Risk & Quality. He was Global Mobility Director and Risk & Quality Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). David has received a number of industry awards, including the Chairman’s Award for exceptional leadership and service to the talent mobility industry from Worldwide ERC. Harris Ginsberg consulted in multiple industries for over 30 years: established a talent management function at the largest US energy company, on-boarded a Chief Marketing Officer at the NFL, introduced global on-boarding for Bunge, built consulting capabilities for HR at Benjamin Moore Paints, as well as coached numerous seniors at IBM, MEAG-NY, and Benjamin Moore.
Before establishing HRG Consulting LLC, Harris spearheaded the global talent development strategy at Pfizer Inc. to build the capability of leaders at all levels and accelerate high potential development through programs, development processes, coaching and mentoring. In 2014, Pfizer was recognized in the Wall Street Journal as one of the “20 Best Companies for Leadership”.
Prior to Pfizer, he was VP, Learning at ADP and launching the Talent Management System. Prior to ADP, he directed OD and Talent Management at UST (Stamford, CT): talent acquisition, learning, employee engagement and succession planning. Previously as Director of IBM’s Global Executive & Organization Capability, he consulted with senior executives to strengthen leadership that delivered business results. Harris has also led Training and Development at JPMorgan Chase, Boehringer Ingleheim, and Colgate Palmolive.
Harris earned a B.S. in Psychology at Union College (NY), M.Ed. in Counseling at the University of Hartford, and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania with a minor at Wharton in Organizational Behavior. He is a licensed psychologist in NY State, served on the Conference Board’s Advisory Board on Executive Coaching and currently runs Leadership Development Conferences for the Conference Board in NY and Chicago. He taught at Choate Rosemary Hall School, University of Delaware, Pace University and New York University. He contributed to Executive Coaching for Results: the Definitive Guide to Developing Organizational Leaders (2007) and is based outside New York City.
Neill Carson has an extensive background in behavioral science applications in business as well as computer and artificial intelligence technologies and is the President of International Assignment Profile Systems, Inc, a partner firm with MSI specializing in using technology to match and assist in the preparation of families for international assignments. He has developed Artificial Intelligence based software systems for selecting employees and managers and articles featuring his work have appeared in major business publications, professional journals, technology magazines and national broadcast radio stations.
Neill is also an experienced organizational and management consultant and is part of the faculty for the Harvard Medical School series on leadership and organizational design for physician and members of the health care team.
A fellow of the A.K Rice Institute, Neill has directed over 35 national and regional conferences on leadership and management effectiveness. Neill holds a Ph.D in clinical psychology was a postdoctoral fellow at Yale and has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Neill is based in Houston.

Michael F. Tucker, Ph.D, CMC is a leading international human resource management consultant, with over forty years of experience in the field and the President of Tucker International.
